I'm not working with Katie, which may or may not be a good thing. One girl is volunteering for 2 weeks. I'll only be here for one of those 2 weeks. She also said Katie's practically her best friend. Um...what does that mean, exactly??? The other girl, Stephanie, disappeared when we got our 1st group, the 5th graders, who were quite good. She reappeared at the end of the day for a minute. But, um, it won't be too fun if she does that every day. And we have kindergarten this year crying What have I done to deserve such cruel and unusual punishment? Honestly. Nothing I've ever done could POSSIBLY merit this.
Oh, yea... stare Dammit. How could I possibly forget? Gah. The list is still growing, isn't it? It certainly did quite recently. Bleh.
Sometimes, I really hate me.
But I have to say, the kindergarteners were quite cute. Their only flaw was that they used too much glue and it got everywhere. But that's to be expected of 4- and 5-year-olds.
I'm signed up for summer reading at my local library! mrgreen Just for signing up, I got a free book, a ticket for free skating at Airline Skate Center, a bookmark, and a crappy non-working compass! And I'm being entirely too bright about this! ^_^
only 19 days to a fun day ^_^ with awesome peeps. and only 19 days to a chance to do something stupid ^_^ yay, isn't life fun?
And if I have to hear that stupid Hilary Duff song one more time, I will scream ^_^ Out loud ^_^ Very loudly ^_^ You'll be able to hear it ^_^ Heh...let's hope I never work on a Friday ever ^_^ Why can't they play CMWYS??? There's nothing wrong with it ^_^
