Okay. ********.
Last night I had a candle on, and my smoke alarm went off, and honestly, it doesn't go 'beep beep, beep beep' it goes EEEEEEEEEEGHGGHGHGHGHGGHGHGG LOUDER THAN A ******** FIRE ALARM THING. (ding ding ding ding super fast)
So I blew out my candle like a ******** and hid under the covers, terrified of my smoke alarm, not the fact that there could be a fire.
And now, today, the fire alarm HAS gone off, and has been on for quite a ******** while;
Events in order.
Fire alarm goes off.
Fire alarm stays on for about five minutes.
Fire alarm goes on for another five minutes.
I venture into the hallway of my apartment building, ears plugged.
The fire ain't in this side that I can see.
The fire goes for another ten minutes.
I hear a siren.
The siren disappears.
The alarm keeps going.
I then hear a siren again, then see a fire truck coming about 2 minutes after I hear the siren.
I begin writing this post.
The fire alarm keeps going.
I hear another siren, but nobody comes.
Another ten minutes passes while i write this.
The alarm stops! - and starts promptly 2 seconds ********.
It's really cold in my apartment.
I am going to venture out into the hallway again, now.
Been there, done that. Nothing changed.
Typed that ^ and the fire alarm stops again!
.... It isn't starting again yet.
Hopefully - wait, there it ******** goes ********.
I hate my life.
It stopped again.
Waiting for it to come back...
...
Really cold....
I wonder where my mother is.
It's 3:00PM PST now.
Two people signed on now.
Okay... I think it's over. biggrin
