Yesterday, I finally arrived home from a four day sabbatical into the States. It was glorious. No work, no real schedules, no actual time allotments. It was fabulous.
Getting to see my friends again, after a whole year, was even better. I love hanging out with them, and I made a new friend. Which to me, just adds more awesome to the awesome pile. Though, the one downfall, was I had not been myself initially. I am immensely shy, and tried to keep to myself, when deep down inside I am kinda loud. But I suppose that comes in time. I kept all answers to questions people asked me to a minimum, I am pretty sure some thought I was boring, and not worth their time. Their loss, in my opinion... certainly not mine.

The museum, new and exotic restaurants, a gaming center, a console that I had never played on, getting to know interesting people, and getting free ice cream. I could go on for a long time on all the stuff that happened and was said, but I think I would run out of space.
Thus, I leave a parting of. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, and cannot wait to show my friends the same hospitality they showed me, when they come for a visit to my home next year.
