But I may have had a personality disorder for the last 10 years or so without knowing it. Rooted in what, I have no idea, but it might have something to do with my upbringing is my guess.
So anyway. It's called "Avoidant Personality Disorder", a "pattern of social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, and hypersensitivity to negative evaluation, beginning by early adulthood".
I'm currently trying to get an evaluation (which my dad says is ridiculous, because I totally shouldn't be worried about my own mental health, ya?), but so far, none, so I'm way more self-conscious than normal.
