I think that I have twenty days of school left about. Wow. Freshman year flew by much faster than expected.
The stupid bridge project in science is annoying the crap out of me. Mr. Stanhope plays favorites and he hates me. I showed him the first draft of my bridge for the first time and he freaked out on me. Then this other girl who'd made lots of mistakes and was showing it to him for tenth time didn't get yelled at.
It just agh. Pisses me off.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but gym was way too fun today. We combined soccer teams and played a giant game. It was awesomeeeee.
What else? What else? I like Lynne sitting next to me in Chorus. Her and I screw around and then Mrs. Haqq gives us the look. It's funny. Maaaan I miss Ms. Stephanitch. Man I hope I spelt that right. >>' Anyway, I'm really sad that the seniors are leaving. Especially Sydney and Rachel. x.x They're my alto hereos. More Sydney than Rachel, but that's okay. However will the altos sing out without her? Ah well, hopefully she'll come back to visit and stuff.
Oy. I feel bad for Laura, though. I thought she did a great job singing the solo for "For Now" but Maggie still got it. Hmm. I wonder if it's because her mother is President of Choral Guild? I mean, Maggie's voice is gorgeous, but she would've done better with another song. I'm mad that neither Katie or Alyssa got the solo for "Goin' Up A Yonder" Wah. I guess sixth period can't have all the fun, though.
I think that's all of the life ranting I can manage for now, besides... oh, right. At the end of the month, we're going to find out who made it into Pat Singers and Women's Choir. Eek. I'm nervous. Well, if I didn't make it in this year [although I can tell that I was at least close] then I'll try out again next year when I'm a bit more experienced. Although I want to go to New York and not be stuck with the bad/lip singers.
