Best thing you can do is banish the psychic vampires. It is sung/chanted to the same tune as rain rain go away.

You'll find tha most energy PV's will go away. They are most often the biggest cause of babies and kids being upset.

Other preventatives are salt across the threshold of the room and drops of lavender around their beds. For years we had a bottle marked Monster Spray that the boys used to scare the "monsters" away with at bedtime. It was lavender essential oil and water. Works a treat.

I'd go along ith NanaWolf's suggestion. She taught it to me a while back. You might be surprised at how well it works. Short and sweet and gets the job done.... Kids like the calming tune as well...
