Bleeding trees, arsenic rivers, darkness falling
no soul no light no path nothing nothing
crimson clouds raining blood burns the skin as it fall
Wind is hot, rivers boil, trees fall dieing
tears of acid fall upon your face
and only death comes slow and creeping
the thunder of fire strikes and your soul is burned
the darkness settles and the poison flows
through you as the shadows come upon you
your soul is corrupted you are blinded
the chaos is spreading there is only one who stands still
death watching waiting for the last day to end
As you run trying to find santuary trees fall
people die, rivers dry, light dims
no one can stand still except the one who waits for the end of days
He watches and waits the poison burns your soul
you can no longer stand your life is at an end

- (cont'd from last comment) I feel I should point out the best part of the poem - imagery! There definately is imagery here, and that makes me happy. Three stars. (though it came close to four)

This looks like it COULD be good. I found two major problems with it - one, it's a bit cliched. Two, some of the lines are run-on, and would be better if they were seperated into multiple parts. I suggust doing that, and then playing with the placement of the lines some - why not put some on the left of page, for example? Maybe make some word italicized or bold if you want them to stand out. But one thing is sure, and that is that you should play with the form.
