Okay, I drew this in 2003. I'm surpised it's still around, recently someone brought it to my attention. THIS IS REALLY OLD. I barely draw anymore, but I've been starting again recently. Thanks so much for all the comments guys!
This is the old description I had from '03: I drew this on oekaki, practicing styles and what-not (since I don't have my own style yet). I'm pretty proud of how it turned out (although I'll probably later look back and think "Um.. nani?" XD)

Those lines don't look like they were made by a
pencil. The clouds are very detailed...yep, i'd
say you defintely deserve a 10 for this. keep it
