- I agree it needs a neck~ The lines are clean (MS paint is the program you used, right?) but it's disproportionate; even if it is supposed to be a chibi, which would mean the legs are a little too long. It is very cute and I love the eyes and hair. You should also start practicing shading-even an attempt adds a lot more to a picture. ^w^
