There will be no housing rant. Sorry, folks. I just can't be mad when I play with my new toy - a silkscreen! I've put all sorts of cool designs on shirts, and I'm working on a shirt for my BF right now. I <3 making stuff.
Random update on my grandpa, since I never provided one. He's fine now. He had a rather bad case of pneumonia. We finally got him to the hospital, and he spent about four days there. He seems to be doing better now.
