First, Ow!
My Right shoulder and the outer side of my right arm are sore as hell. The worst part is I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what's causing this. When I woke up this morning I wasn't feeling this, It wasn't until about an hour or so ago when I was watching Babylon 5: Season 2 with my dad that I noticed it. I've tried extending my arm up parallel with my spine, but I cant seem to. Pain starts at about 135-150 degrees, 0 being at my side and 180 being up vertical. My best friend says I need to drink water or something.
