I got passed over for a promotion because I am not a college graduate. What torqued me is that the boss said it was because I haven't been trained on word and excel. I've only been using them for about forever. And the guy that got promoted isn't a better technician than I am. It took all I had not to rip my bosses head off of his shoulders.
