You confused me.
You abused me.
You were my light.
You are my shadow.
The Darkness was feeble.
Now it is Strong.
Can you see my crying face?
Can you hear my pleas for help?
My tears become like stars in the sky
You know they're there,
but you choose not to see.
The Light of day has blinded you.
The beauty of the Night is lost to you.
How could my hopes be lost so quickly?
How could love dissappear so suddenly?
Did it happen over night?
Did you plan this all along?
No longer am I strong,
For I am now Broken.
By your words I was made.
By your words I am silenced.
As the river flows it grinds deeper.
'til it reaches the core.
And like every foundation
It eventually crumbles.
Must I now question my heart?
Must I now question yours?
I've lost this desperate battle between mind and soul.
Release me before my time.
I cannot bear it.
To see the outcome of this play.
For I know the ending of this tradgety.
