Well, like I predicted, my anniversary was a bust. Things started to go wrong fist thing in the morning when my family found out that my uncle, Jerry, had just past away. crying He had a heart condition and went into heart surgery the night before, but his heart was beyond repaire.
Unbeknownst to me, Kozi had made reservations for us at a fancy resterant for 5:30 pm. He worked the morning shift at work, so it would have been perfect. But my brother was working mid-shift (11am-7:30pm) and he left work early, at 5 with me and KoZi. I didn't know about the resterant at that time. KoZi didn't tell me until 8. He was sad becuase we couldn't go, and even if we tried to go would have been late because we had to bring my brother home first.
I was sad and happy at the same time. I got what I wanted, to be surprized, and KoZi doing something nice for me. heart But I was sad because we didn't get to go. crying I have a feeling that it would have been a really romantic evening. KoZi promised me that he will make it up to me though, so I can't wait for that.
This sure has been one sucky year. stare I hope this one will be better. JaNa.
