Soooo tonight was the second night of Suessicall the musical and so far I haven't been called apon to be an understudy. (DAMN IT KELSEY, GET SICK!!!) (I'm just kidding Kelse, I love you ^^) but anywhoo it's pretty nuts... but so far here is the list of things that have gone wrong:
My claranet fell apart during the marching band scene
I screamed the one line I had on accident
SOMEONE* forgot her cue and came on stage late
A Drum got wrapped around SOMEONE'S* ankle and we couldn't get it off
A ripped through two pairs of tights
The wheels fell off of the nest that Horton sits in
SOMEONE* forgot his lines and repeated the same part 4 times
*The word SOMEONE was used so not to single any one out
But things went great too! I aced my understdy preformance and made some new friends... lost a few friends... annoied some people to the point of a mental breakdown and learned that if you stand in between the principal characters while shaking hands with the audience a few words of praise are bound to come your way! ^^ heart
