	i'm sick and i need help with my allergies please write soon HEY there when I get sick my cold and allergies get the best of me sadly. So now i'm trying the best i possibly can to get rid of it, but that ain't really happing so i have to take medicine for my cold and allergies sadly and when i take Robutusin i break out in hives which happened last night when my dad gave me that for my cold ICHEY ICHEY ME!!! mad I drink lots of tea and have lots of grilled cheeses and tomatoe soups for my bed-time snacks which is @ 9 p.m. usaully. When i'm not sick it's 9:30 p.m. mad neutral mrgreen Yuck hope nothing comes up this time mrgreen biggrin Aly_91210

Well you are in luck because I am goin through the same thing you are goin through right now !!! This is what I do......i get a bucket of hot steaming water and you breathe in the steam, you should be drinking lots and lots of tea and soup, you should also were lots of warm clothes and do NOT go outside if it is cold or anything that u are alergic to, and u should still keep taking that medicene because it will help !!! And one last thing.......Hope you feel better heart biggrin
