ya yesterday i was in my martial arts class and i didn't get how to do a flip that they were teaching so the older black belt had said i would learn better if it were used on my so i said hey sure why not as long as i truly learn how to do it and see how much it hurts to learn when to use it right......well he did it on me and i guess i was a bit too relaxed for his liking so i ended up getting flipped hard onto my back and now my shoulder blades are screwed up so bad and when he did it i litterally had the wind beat out of me so bad that i couldn't breathe in at all for a while so was scared as hell....plus the way i knew my shoulder blades were truly messed up was that i went to the doctor today and he said i shouldn't move too fast or use my arms that much...the good thing is is that i get vidkodin for any pain......WHEEEE!!!!
