I think that I'm actually starting to sleep again. Instead of waking up around 11 in the morning I'm up around 10. That's a vast improvement considering how little I've slept these past few months. Perhaps it's because of the tea I've been drinking at night. Ever since Jen moved in with me I've had a herbal tea tangent. Some really good stuff with citrus and mint, a total relaxant. I think it was called Dragon Tamer and I guess it's working. I've pretty much had a cup of tea every night before I went to bed and I'm starting to feel my body recovering from the dangerously high levels of stress I've been putting myself through. I'm just glad that I haven't slipped back into my ultra depressed mode. That wasn't a good time. *sigh* Anyway, I'd rather not think about that. Not when it's so beautiful outside today. I'm thinking I'm going to break out my bike today instead of driving. Sure it would take longer but if I could get some nice soft exercise and the thrill of flying down a hill I'm sure it would do wonders. Flying. Hmf. I've always wished I had wings to fly and feel the wind all around me. Many times, it almost feels that wings are going to burst from my body. That would be a great joy if it could happen...
