I used red food colouring, which is somewhat skin resistant unless you hold something covered in it (i.e. the bandage) against it for long periods. It's a good job I don't have PE tomorrow. Truthfully, the stuff on my skin's mostly lipstick...it's supposed to look like the sort of exposure you get after a big cut, where it goes all pinky/purple around the edges. xp The whole thing can be improved, obviously, but I was dorkily excited at the prospect of making a bloodied arm. ^^; And as it's food colouring, I can lick it, although there is an overpowering taste of bandage...
So, yeah - there's been some setbacks in the prospect of transport/accomodation to the May event, but hopefully my Uncle can put a few people up, so that should be fun, anticipating all goes well. :3
