He has hidden himself from me.
I want back his caring smile.
Back the weekends we spent together.
To see the happiness in his eyes.
To have him come and chase all my fears away.
To protect me from the world's cruelness.
I want it to be the way it was years ago.
I want him to hold me close when I'm sad.
When I look behind me to see his smiling face
The roses he would bring me.
To hear his words of encouragement.
I want him back.
