my first avie art. It's the first one I've ever made and introduced me to the world of avie art making. I was literally clueless about the pricing. She PMed me asking if I could draw her avie for her. I said yes I will accept the job. She told me that she will pay for the art. I was happy.. yes I was
I spent hours on making it. Even had back aches and all.. I strained and fatigued myself for that. And what do I get in return? 500g... yes... 500 ******** gold. And I told myself that I did it for her because she's a friend. I fooled myself. I didn't tell her about this worrying that I might hurt her. But then the pain wasn't enough. She didn't even use the art and replaced it with something else she got from the freebies section. I admit that the CGing style of that guy is nice, but I was hurt. I will be happy if she just left a link or something.. but no. She's so insensitive and I felt that all my thoughts for her were wasted and put into nothing. She doesn't even know how to credit artists...
In my outrage I removed her in my friends list then gave her 500g back to her through trade. I told another friend about it. ( wink thanks again for cheering me up.. you know who you are. )
I hope I wouldn't get any client like her in the future... ~__~
