Personality: Is usually friendly but can be very terratorial sometimes. Doesn't trust people and is very observing not wanting to be taken advantage of again. She's usually calm and collected but can be violent at times.

Bio: Talia was in the war since her powers were helpful but wound up getting hurt. After she was injured she realized that she wasn't fit for this kind of thing so she fled and disapeared into the forests. She doesn't remember much about her past but now that the war is over she's finially living how she can, traveling to new places and meeting new people.
Weapons: Nails can turn into piercing blades, but carried her sythe most of the time
Powers: Can freeze time but not for long, slips through darkness to move easier, spell caster (elementalist)
Other: Talia likes to sing and dance, since she came from a family of professional dancers that traveled from town to town providing entertainment. She rarely does it anymore, but when she does dance and sing it's usually in secret. Even alone under the moon her dance bring joy and peace to those who see.
