I am Gunnery Sergeant Grathen Raeliv. I am your new Commanding Officer. You have recently been transfered to my command. I selected you from a roster to be the first members to make up my command.
I am a professional soldier and i expect the same from you. I will never ask you to do anything i would not do myself. I expect no more from you than i expect from myself and i expect the best from myself so i better get your best as well.
You can expect regular training ops as well as general combat operations and patrols. When on an op, you will be expected to behave and perform professionaly. I expect all lawful orders to be obeyed without complaint. If you have any problems or issues, you take it up with me privately.
I would like to talk to each and every one of you privatly in some form of chat program. Its up to you to make the time and meet me. We are all in american timezones so that shouldnt be an issue. Anyone who does not meet this basic requirement can expect their promotions to be frozen until such time as this is completed.
