Here's a scenario I came up with for Paris Hilton's hopeful death.
"I'm CIndy Morimoto here with Channel 8 news reporting here at the scene of hotel heiress Paris Hilton's earlier death this afternoon. She was shopping here in Louis Vuton when her dog, Tinkerbell, suddenly lept out of her back pocket and bit her in the aorta. It was two hours before the cashier noticed anything was wrong. Here he is; Sir. Why the delayed reaction?"
"Well, we saw her over there throughing a fit, making gurgling noises and screaming; I just thought she was having an orgasm."
