A blind surge of anger filled me today...I have no I idea how or why but it did...suddenly I felt myself fill with anger...I sat in the corner for a while clenching my fists so tightly that it hurt and marks temperarily covered my palm...I feel ok now except for the slight dizzyness in my head....*sigh
listens to music trying to calm the mood while my senses fill with insence...
