I'm really confuzzled.

Ok, so there's this guy I know............
He's really sweet to me and is always beside me..... 4laugh
He says that i make him feel alot better..... and he's very protective of me when others are around

And here's this other guy that I know.........
He's not as protective, and he gets angered alot......and sometimes, it's like there's another side to him.

I mean, he's constantly getting hurt and is a real jackass to everyone.
But in reality he's really sweet. 3nodding
But..................... sad
He doesn't really act like he cares about me sometimes......actually alot.
But now here's the confusing part......
The 1st guy is one of my best friends who has a gf.......and doesn't like the second guy, who's my bf.
But then, his gf is never around and my bf is never around.
He even told me that i was nicer than his gf.
