today my mom combined pyromania with amnesia and created carbonburgers.
she put hamburger patties on the stove, cranked the heat way up, and walked off to work and chat online, untilthe whole house was thick with smoke and the kitchen practically invisible. there was brown grease spattered over every appliance. the pan held these hard little charcoal nubbins.
she blames the smoke detectors. oh yeah right, like if only we had those you wouldn't have burnt the dinner?
so we went to subway; happy ending.
