I seriously think that if you decide to have a kid, you should have to fill out paperwork. If you are found not fit to raise offspring, you should be fixed. Proof of this: spoiled little rich kids on MTV that make their parents fork over HUGE amounts of cash just so THEY can empress all the other little BRATS at school. When you have a child, you are supposed to raise them to be VALUED members of society that CONTRIBUTE to the way things flow in this messed up world of ours. If you give them every thing they want and don't teach them how to be independent from you, you have FAILED as a parent nad you have FAILED at LIFE. I'm 14 and my mother thinks that I should already have a job and be about ready to go out on my own. 14!!! Then there's these people who aren't going to get a job and live off mommy and daddy's money until the family car dealership goes out of business and they have to find another way. It's DISGUSTING. Also, if this kind of law exsisted, I probably wouldn't be on this planet, because God knows my parents aren't very good ones.
