A dark corridor
The cold floor,
Stinging my bare feet.
When will it end?
This endless walking
In a direction I'm not sure of
And is not sure of me
Wait--
What's this?
A light
It consumes, it engulfs...
It embraces me in it's warmth.
This door
It just opened
And let me in,
Revealing it's great offers
Should I take them?
Should accept these wonderful things
I've been given?
It's all up to what led me here:
A dark corridor.
