Covered in mud, in an unfamiliar city
I couldn’t laugh like usual and walked with my head hanging
People who pass by at quick paces
“Has your dream been fulfilled?” I’m still struggling, too
Rather than returning to the time when I was a kid, I want to try living the present well
I’m timid by nature
If I tried to leave for a place where the sun shines and spread my hands
Can I then surpass that sky, I wonder? Or so I thought
Wings for taking off- They’re still invisible
Because I can’t go so easily, I can live
Just by having picked up a drenched puppy
Enough to have laughed a little, my tears came spilling out
I want to be loved, I only want to be loved
I’ve said so; just yearning for it is useless
When I was a kid, days when I terribly hurt Mom happened, too
Now I want to change everything
If I tried to leave for a place where the sun shines and strongly gripping my hands
Destroying that place and that time, I can change life
But I can’t really finish telling you everything in my heart
Because I can’t go so easily, I can live
I’ll try to leave for a place where the sun shines and spread the map
But I know… You know… It’s inevitable that I get lost
I can change my life
With everything in the days that passed by, I am who I am presently
