No more mocking! >w<
Yes, my mock exams are completed. *'Applause please' sign*
Spanish was ok, I think. I realised I hadn't prepared for one of the prompts ('Say what you ate last week'), but as it was a written piece I could easily knock something together, with the help of my trusty dictionary (very pleased they let us bring one for reference). Although when I bring them for these controlled conditions language exams, I always get paranoid and check up every last verb and tense endings, etc. etc., so I'm worried people around me think I've not actually prepared anything... <<...>>... then again, they should be concentrating on their own 'como/comer/comí/comido's, and so on. I've only got 'comer' ('to eat') on my mind because the coursework was about healthy living. Ugh. == The coursework topics are the same for each language in the school, so for somebody who took their first language (French or German; German in my case) as well as Spanish, it all gets a bit repetetive, however if you manage to find out all the appropriate corresponding Spanish vocab, you can more or less just write the exact same thing as your German/French, although I've never actually bothered to do that. My German's normally full of rubbish like 'I decided to experiment with my food, so I made cat-gravy', which would take a lot more words in Spanish, e.g. 'I decided to perform experiments of the food of me, so I made gravy of the cat'. They have a lot of words for some phrases that are actually small in English, like 'living room' is 'the room in which to be'. X3;;

Caz was getting a lift home straight after Spanish, although Matt still had another exam later, so the two of us went to say hello to Ms. Schafer (and see if our German marks had come through, of course...), and it turns out the three of us have scooped the top German mock marks of the year. ^_^;/ She's guaranteed me and Caz an A* each for the listening and reading exams, but if our coursework's anything near our reading and listening marks, we'll have A* overall - Matt only needs a small amount to get an A* as well. We're all
sehr glücklich and erfreut. :3!
