Closed in with flames around me
I hide from those who try to find my heart
Keeping all those i love away
Why I do so?
Never will i fully understand
I take it one step at a time to open up
i find my self before i try and look for others
I try and tell myself the truth
Why didnt i before?
It was because i didnt care
I've turned off and shut myself down
looked for a place i could call my own for a while
Keeping those flames alive
