For the moment I'm feeling sort of better .. @.@ I tend to feel better when it's daylight and afternoon, then night comes and I get all paranoid and eek. >_<; I don't understand why .. it used to be the opposite. I don't like being outside because it's so big and outside .. ish .. xD then again I love the fresh air and the sound of rain and trees and grass and leaves .. I feel better and less inside myself when I go out. But lately I'm out of my medicine and I feel really really bipolar and like I said, PARANOID AS HAY. ;-;

I'm eating too much lately. ;_; Getting chunky. Please someone shoot me. ;_; Probably can't fit into my new pair of jeans already. *bawls* It turns out that I was right about bread making me feel better - apparently carbs release this chemical seretonin [sp?] that makes you feel good, like chocolate or antidepressants.
So um yar. <3
Maybe hopefully I wont gain 438579485703984750394 pounds this Thanksgiving.
