La Feria
La Feria just came to town and is freaking awesome except for some alcoholic beverages that are more ice than alcohol, other than that is pretty cool. I just wish it wasn't so close to my house because i can hear the whole party all night long. To get in they charge 10 pesos that's less than a dollar, and there are many stands of different stuff some are food stands, alcohol stands and some other cultural or comercial stuff, pretty much everything that is there represents my hometown. I wish many of my friends could come at this time of year to see what Rio Verde is all about in this 2 week party. Also, there's enterntaiment provided by the people in my hometown but also we invite some celebrities from the whole Country to come and participate in this glamorous event. And of course, i cannot forget those mechanical rides but because the installations change since last year there are just some good mechanical rides for adults and most of the games are for kids and teenagers but still you can have a good time. Also, i will be participating in one of the events of La Feria this Sunday, I'm in a dance group who will be compiting against other dance groups in a Coca-Cola contest, the group i'm in is call The Kings and has won this contest over the past two years, hopefully this year we will again. blaugh
