I managed to make the GSA guild!
Its a hidden Guild, but we do have a recruitment topic in http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=53

Of course everybody who applies gets checked out first.
We don't need spies in our guild!
And when members of my Guild go on missions, they turn off their Sig's.
