	I'm sorry, I know change can be rough ( understatement of the year) but all we really can do is attempt to adapt or fall into the abyss. Leaning on your friends no matter how hard it is helps and keeps you glued. I know it looks like a gaiant peice of st but even in poo there is occasionally a golden nugget of corn . I wish you luck.
