Mannn. What a way to end the year. And when you are still not on good terms with certain people. I really can't wait to get out of this school. Seriously. All those bad feelings with everyone and all that. Not good.
Sighs. I dunno. There's still one person whom I really can't figure out whether I hate or like. It's like, sometimes he/she is really really nice and warm and caring. But the next moment, he/she becomes like this total .. I don't know. Monster? This person has a bad case of split personality. =/ And now he/she is like scolding my friend like as though it's totally her fault? (when it's actually some other idiot's problem) Man. Don't know what to say.
Oh well. Oh yeahhhh .. almost forgot that I wanted to talk about the Geog camp now that I'm blogging and everything. Well, I did attend it for one Friday night .. with the barbecue and all. On Fri, I managed to cram most of my stuff into my Dare bag and the rest into a paper bag. Arranged to meet Pat on the bus so we went to school together.
Claud, Joey, Cheng Yong and Cynthia were already there so all of us went to our classroom to put down our bags and stuff. Then we went up to the lecture theatre with our books to study for a few hours. After that, Joey and the rest disappeared to get ready the food for the barbecue. Claud and me followed suit after a while 'cause we were getting kind of bored.
We took all the barbecue stuff .. like the portable barbecue pit (we got that from the Scouts) and all that ... out to the back of our classroom at around 10 plus. The guys took a super long time to start the fire because .. trust me ... it's really hard to start one. So we ended up barbecuing until 3am in the morning. 0-o
The dudes pretty much went nuts lah. Especially Eugene. (not really very surprising since it's him you know) He was 'entertaining' us constantly with his songs (most of them were about perverted stuff) and dances. Generally, he was acting like a superstar lar. Haha. If you guys had seen them at first sight, you'd probably have thought they were all drunk.
After we managed to barbecue all the remaining chicken, we took them back to the classroom ... took photos together .. and then started munching. But some of them gave up because the chicken wasn't really fully cooked. But I thought it was pretty much alright as long as you avoided the bad parts.
After that, some of us went to study. I decided to bathe first when I went to the toilet and found out that Joey was bathing too. So after bathing, I went to pull out a desk to study. (I was also kind of trying to see if I could actually stay up all night)
Studied until around 4 plus before I really couldn't take it. So I went to lie down on my sleeping bag .. Joey was already lying in her sleeping bag .. and I don't know why but she suddenly burst out laughing and being the nutter that I am, I also burst out laughing.
And after a minute of laughing, I finally asked her what was it that she found so funny. And she said it was because of the Roti Prata girl joke. And I found it so ridiculous that she could still find it funny (Cheng Yong said it like a couple of hours ago) that I continued laughing.
So we just kept laughing until I had to get up and go study again because I know that I'd laugh again when I saw her face. Haha. Studied till 5 plus before going back to sleep. By then, almost everyone had collapsed on the mat and fallen asleep.
We slept until 7 before we had to wake up again. Because Corinne Teo needed to use the classroom for her Chemistry lessons -.- So some of the guys went to attend it too. I didn't really feel comfortable being there because I was wearing my home clothes so I went to change before going to the basketball court with Joey, Cheng Yong and Jah Joon to play basketball.
Well, we were just practising shooting the ball into the hoop so I don't know if that's actually considered as playing. But we were competing to see who could shoot the ball into the hoop at the furthest distance. I think I'm pretty lousy because I couldn't shoot too far away .. my arms are too short I guess.
We waited until we were sure that Corinne Teo was out of the classroom before going back. Wanted to go to Rivervale Plaza initially to have breakfast .. but Claud suddenly didn't wanna go so yeah, stayed in the classroom and started surfing the net using Marcus' laptop. (He's a rich dude)
Went to Rivervale Plaza eventually for our lunch. Ate at MacDonald's. Went back at around 1 plus. Decided to go bathe 'cause we were pretty hot and sticky. After bathing, we (Joey and me) went to take out our sleeping bags again 'cause we were still super tired. (if singing songs like "You Drive Me Crazy" and this piano song that I taught Joey how to play in public does not occur to you as something that a sleep-deprived person would do then I have nothing to say)
Howeverrr. We did not sleep immediately 'cause Joey suddenly felt like eating. So she brought out her chocolate Pocky sticks and another packet of biscuits and we started munching on them. Then we took some really lame photos after that and I was wearing her NPCC shirt. ('cause I ran out of clean shirts)
But eventually, we did go to sleep. I kept waking up at intervals because in my half dream state, I remembered that there was a girl who came over to look at us and she smiled. Then she waved at me or something like that and 'cause I thought she looked very much like Cynthia, I waved bye to her and even said "Bye Cynthia". Man, I wonder if I'd been sleeptalking.
Shuqing and Sharon came after that to study. Then I left pretty early .. at around 4 .. 'cause my bro was at Compass Point and he drives a mean set of wheels ............... no lahh.. actually he just drove to my school more quickly than I'd expected.
So yups. That was how I spent my Geog camp. It wasn't really a studying period for me but yeah .. I hope I did get something in my brain.
