today was my birthday, and my sister and mother tried so very hard to make it perfect. and yet here I am at the end of the day feeling sorry for myself. I'm such a bad person. my dad called from camp, my grandma called, an old freind called but at the same time I feel so lonely. I even got nice, well thought out gifts. a beautiful vintage comb and a vintage kimono, and the Kill Bill 2 soundtrack. why do I feel this way? it's not fair to them. I'm being selfish. god damnit
