Dear Journal,

I am SO sore from playing paint ball yesterday. When I got home, I updated you, took a shower, ate, and went to bed! I had church this morning. It liked to have killed me getting out of bed this morning! I am sore in the bend of my arm from holding the gun and sore on the top of my legs from crouching behing stuff. I am SO SO SO sore! When I start to school Tuesday, I will start working out. I need to get back into shape. This Christmas I have done nothing but sit around, because that's all there is to do when its freezeing cold outside. During the summer I stay pretty fit because we live on a lake and I swim all of the time.
