Open House is today.
My dad made me wake up at 7 am...
to dust the outdoor lights.
Yes... the outdoor lights.
The ones that are dirty no matter what,
because they're outside... not inside.
Yeah. I had to dust and clean them.
At seven in the morning... after I didn't sleep last night.
I blame the mountain lion. Again.
She decided to pay a visit last night.
I have yet to understand why she finds it necessary to
screech and growl her head off when she goes somewhere.
Like right in the backyard... where my window faces. X_x
I woke up at one in the morning,
and her screaming was the first thing I heard.
Talk about a wake-up call.
I couldn't sleep if my life depended on it, after that.

It's funny how you can be on the second floor of a house,
know you're safe, and still be petrified by that noise.
Of course neither of my parents heard it.
My mom had the TV up too loud.
And my dad... well he was asleep.
He has an excuse this time.
Though they both said they heard a skunk last night.
Or a fox... they're not sure.
[ it's really a bird dammit! I keep telling them that ]
Last time the mountain lion was here, he was just deaf.
So I went and warned my mom that there was a mountain lion in the back yard,
and frantically asked if the cats were in.
And after she assured me they were, of course,
I went down in the garage to make sure.
Mainly because Neko was freaked out and crying at the door.
Kilala was sleeping. She didn't care, whatsoever.
Stupid mountain lion.
She's pretty and all, but she's too noisy.
And she's a hazard to house cats. Mostly Neko.
But, anyway... open house.
I'm going to be so bored.
I might make some more of those soundtrack things...
for the heck of it.
Wander around Gaia.
Look up pictures on photobucket.
Pay a vist to deviantart, if my computer will let me today.
That kind of thing.
