Upon Darken skies,
My eyes do wander.
For across the heavens,
I wish to wander.
Away from those of my own
Away those to whom Im known
To places far beyond
The eye could ever wish behold
Beyond the darkness and the light
Beyond places of dream and sight
To the lost corners
And far off places
Where the none are many
And the many are none
The empty places between suns.
Away from heavens lights
And from the worlds of my kin
Form places beyond the flesh and bone
To those where skin crumbles back to dust
And dust doth become skin
Where there is no high and no low
To places where the sky is white
As light is black.
Unto the lost places
In hopes of remembering forgotten faces.
