	Is it worth the money?

I changed jobs today. I did it for the money, but I'm not sure about the people I will be working with. They are nice enough, but so very unorganized. The site manager, who came to me to recruit me, doesn't seem to care what they do as long as a minimum of work is accomplished. The warehouse is a wreck, and, although I will be doing tech work like I wanted, I will be expected to do light construction and grounds keeping. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the work. 	I think you'll find it won't be as bad as you think. My dad just started a new job like that. He's getting 20k more a year though. after a while you'll probably start setting a good example and it'll seem like things are starting to clean up a little bit. That's how it's been for him so far.
