The wonderful man known as the Crocodile Hunter passed away September 3, 2006. He was filming a new television show titled "Ocean's Most Dangerous" When he swam too close to a stingray. The ray ejected a poisionous spine, straight into Steve's heart. He was quickly hospitalized and died about an hour after the incident. He died doing what he loved, and was an inspiration to millions around the world.
