People pass me by like I'm nothing to them
I hate the fact that I'm there and they don't treat me like the friend I'm suppose to be
I do my best to live up to their expectations
But now I was about to give up out of all this frustrations
No one ever cared for me
Or how I felt or what I need
They never really knew that I was a person just like you
They make me stand out like I'm some kind of fool
To those that know what I'm talking about
Go ahead, let out a scream or shout
Take off all that anger welling up inside
Shake off the feeling to commit suicide
I've been where you were before
Now i'm here, knockin at your door
Standin in front of you, I got the answer
These are the words from me, a freelancer
I have no idea what to do sometimes
That's why there are friends to be there
They are suppose to be there when the lines are thin
They give you the courage to make it through and win
I should know
I'm a friend that anyone would want to have
Everywhere you go
You know that I'll be either sad or glad
Glad as in, Congrats you've made it
Not like those other guys who treat you like s**t
Think about it, was there ever a time when I didn't try to help out?
Now my life is changin roads, takin this route
I'm gonna end it by sayin thanks to all of you
