Noir: The Elite
For avi references to what the characters will look like, look in my journal. They will be there shortly. Now, getting to the story.
Prologue
"Aah! Mommy, I felt something move!" a little girl said, her hands on her mother's swollen tummy.
"That's your little sister. She's telling us that she wants out," the redheaded woman smiled down at her firstborn, while feeling her second move around in her womb.
"Why can't she come out to play now?"
"She's not done growing yet, Angie. We have to wait another few weeks."
Angie looked disappointed, but smiled despite it. She just couldn't wait for her baby sister to come out.
"Seira, how're you feeling?" Angie's father came into the room.
"Oh, Ryan. I'm just fine. But," she looked at Angie, "it's time for someone to go to bed."
"But mommy," Angie whined.
"Now, don't be like that, sweetie- Aah!" Seira's back arched as she held her arms around the bottom of her belly. She screamed as the couch underneath her was soaked, when her water broke. Ryan ran to the van and started it. He opened the passenger door and ran back inside to get his wife. He helped her to the van and guided her into the seat. He closed the door and went back for his daughter. When she was buckled in the back seat, Ryan sat in the driver's seat and backed out of the driveway. He then started on the way to the hospital, just five miles down the road. It was the same thing as when Angie was born four years ago. Two weeks early. But it didn't matter how many times it happened. It was just as scary every time. Two weeks early wasn't much, but at the time, it seemed like years before the baby should be born.
Finally they made it to the hospital, and into the emergency room. In only a few more minutes, they were in the maternity ward, and Seira began labor. Sixty long minutes, an entire hour, and his new daughter was brought into the world. To Ryan and Seira, the only thing more beautiful than her was their first daughter. It was a wonderful moment, a lifechanging few seconds. They held their baby girl in their arms, and cried. Angie looked at her new baby sister, her smile reaching both ears.
"What'll you name her?" One of the doctors asked.
"Her name is...Anita."
The doctors had trouble getting her from them to take her to be checked up on. Then they put her in the nursery, where she would stay until her mother was ready to take care of her. But when the doctors went to retrieve Anita, there were three men in the nursury, pushing the nurse aside, headed for Anita's crib. After the doctors got through the man stationed at the door, they tried desperately to keep the men away from the infant, but it didn't change much.
The men got a hold of the baby, and wrestled their way through the croud of doctors and patients that had gathered around the nursury door. They managed to get out of the hospital and into a van. They were gone within seconds. As if they had never been there.
Upon recieving the news, Seira clutched Ryan's shirt in her hands. She cried uncontrollably while her husband tried to calm her down. Angie looked at her parents and cried simply because they were. Seira and Ryan hoped desperately that they'd get their daughtor back, but deep in their heart, they knew that they'd never see her again.
Well? What do you think of the first part? The first chapter'll be here soon, and if not here, in my journal.
