Backstory: A long time ago, there was a little girl who realized the world was eat or be eaten. Though she understood the importance of kindness, with the cruelty she and those around her constantly experienced, it wasn't long before that soft girl became a jaded woman. Sold into prostitution to pay off family debts, July would rise to success as the top money-maker at her brothel and become a well-known Courtesan where she was. At first she tried to use her influence to take on the worst clients, so her subordinates didn't have to suffer, but enough of her own suffering twisted the woman and, when she would eventually come to own the brothel, it would become infamous for the debauchery allowed. To eat, or be eaten, didn't matter to the chef serving the meals. Control was found in feeding those sinful desires of her clientele but lost the day one of them became so enraged he burnt the brothel down with her still inside.
A long story made short, July died and found herself in Hell, once again at the bottom of the food chain she would eventually claw her way back up. While reigning for the past 900 years as the Queen of Hell's 7th Layer, July isn't satisfied. She still craves control and power, and as Hell finds its power structure struggling, perhaps it'll be this unsatiable demoness who unites it under her singular reign as Empress of Hell.
Description: Currently July has two forms.
Demon Queen Form: With rubies being the birthstone for the month she reigns over, the coloration of that gem is as much as part of her body as it is her clothes. Ruby colored horns curl upwards from the sides of her head, a crown of Titan skulls sitting between them. Above her head floats the signature crown of Demon Kings & Queens that glows like a mirage and her eyes are typical of a demon in that the sclera are black and the iris corresponds to the layer she belongs to. A ruby, serpentine tail often slithers behind her, it's length anywhere from 8 feet to 30 feet long depending. Bright teal hair cut short frames her face and the bangs that messily cover half her face end in yellow tips. Her pale skin glistens like sunshine on water and will illuminate with a golden glow when she's using her pyrokinetic breath attack.
True Form: Her true form is that of a massive sea monster. Her features are a mix of different aquatic creatures, but her size is so large that more often than not she appears mostly as a looming shade in the depths. Her coloration retains its ruby hues with the occasional scattering of teal.
Abilities: All Demon Kings & Queens have these abilities: Demonic Aura/Strength/Speed, Demonization, Possession, Summoning Rituals, Occultism, Dark Miracles, Personal Domains, and Subordination Manipulation.
Being the Demon Queen of the 7th Layer / Month of July grants her powers that are associated with these symbology's: fortune, wisdom, perfection, heat, passion, indulgence, summer, drought, and blood.
Being a Leviathan subclass Demon grants her the following abilities: Indestructible hide, Aquatic Adaptation, Thalassokinesis, Pyrokinetic Breath, and Tendril Generation.
July has also bound two demons, Blaze & Sanidine, to her as her eternal Sword & Shield. Before anyone can fight the Demon Queen herself, they first have to get through Sani's defenses, defeat Blaze in combat, and hope they still have the strength to fight the Boss herself. Combat with July is a four-part fight, the first half of which is fought against her sword & shield, and the second half being against her Demon Queen form that, when defeated, will trigger her True Form to emerge to fight. As with all Demon Kings & Queens, defeating their True Form makes the victor the new Demon Ruler of that Layer.
To summon her topside a sacrifice of 6 virgins must be made during the New Sturgeon Moon that happens in July. A 7th virgin must be present for July to possess, as the Demon Kings & Queens are unable to actually leave Hell, only claim vessels to act through. Once bound to her Vessel, a virgin must be sacrificed once a month for every month she's bound except for the month of July in which one must be sacrificed every day because the month is her domain. Demon vessels are granted abilities through the demon possessing them, however, the bodies are still suspect to human frailty, so should her vessel 'break' the summoning ritual must be done again.
I know she's a hot demoness who would have zero sympathy for me or anyone else now but her back story just makes me want to hold her? :< (And not gonna sacrifice any virgins to summon her to give her a hug ffff)
But...thirty foot tail...sea monster form...big lady //sweats
