So today was hot but that isn't the point of this journal entry. My day came and went and I found myself driving home from work like always. Everything was going fine, until this lady hit my driver side back finder with her truck. I was in the right turn lane headed towards home, and she cut across between a school bus and some other cars in the middle lane. I couldn't see her and she couldn't see me. So she just drove straight out and clipped the back of my car.

I'm fine it was just a little dint. We didn't report it or anything. Mostly because I just wanted to get home and didn't want to deal with a police report. Even though it would of been her fault.

I don't know why she drove across the lane like that infront of the bus. I mean, it's not like she turned from that lane into mine. She drove ACROSS it. She hit me completely straight on. I barely saw her out of the corner of my eye and just about managed to speed up and avoid her. But she got my back end. We talked after wards and suprisingly I wasn't mad or anything. At the time I acted like she dropped a can of pop or something. It's more frustrating now. I've always been so cautious with driving. I have had a few people nearly hit me before. Ladies taking left hand turns across me not even looking my direction. But I always was able to stop in time.

It's just this time she came out infront of a bus which completely blocked my view. Oh well just as long as nobody was hurt I guess. But anyways, I thouhgt I'd mention that. It really isn't that big of a deal though. The dint is tiny, it doesn't matter anyways my car is older than I am. It's been banged up long before that lady hit it.
