another lonely night
sitting and thinking in a warm bath on what went wrong
he never guessed that some things were right in his life
never thought about the ones who really did care
as he pressed the cold steel of the blade against his wrist
slicing deep and down as the blood spilled onto the floor
he closed his eyes and faded slowly into an eternal sleep
never knowing there was one person who cared more than anyone



she heard the news from her mom
her best friend, killed himself the night before.
why'd the idiot do it, couldn't he tell what i needed she thought
she cried all night, the tears staining her pillow
she didn't think he would be one to kill himself
but it looked like she was wrong
why couldn't she tell him how she really felt
she thought that through the entire feuneral
not hearing a word that was said, as she stared into the sky,
and longed to be with the one that she loved



her mother was worried about her
she seemed to show all the signs of suicide
so she sent her away to the psyche ward
unaware that it would push her over the edge
for months she planned on how to do it
how to be with the one that she loved
and finally found the key in the medicines
she would hide them and save them
utill she had what she thought was enough
to take them all at once and end her lonesome life
and when the day came that she had enough her mother came to visit
the mother got there in time to see her daughter convulsing on the floor
a severe seizure and she was choking on her drool
the mother tried to save her but was to late
as her eyes rolled back into her head
and the mother knew that she was dead
