	Christmas! I'm really happy that people are enjoying the Christmas activities we have around Gaia. ^___^ Everyone around here has worked so hard to get things done! Lanzer and the developers spent a lot of time on the backend preparing for the high volume of traffic expected this weekend for carolling and Let's Kissing. It was also a lot of work for VO, L0cke, and I to get all the artwork for the Gambino story done, but we had fun making it and we're glad users enjoy the story. ^0^ We had a fun Christmas day as well. ^^ L0cke, Lanzer, Saka (Gaia NPC artist), and I went to see "House of Flying Daggers" at the movie theatre. Takeshiiiiiiiiiiiiii~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~! heart

	I love that you gave us an event with no items involved. People can have fun and the whole thing doesn't get lost in the greed. whee heart Thank you. EDIT: (Hey, awesome sauce. We can edit again!) I'd also like to mention that I feel this event was a huge success. Ya'll must have worked incredibly hard. The users (for the most part) seemed pleased, and it went through with very few errors. I'd call that a great success. xd

	The events were awesome, thank you! I adored the story and the carolling AND the kissing 3nodding I love the plot that Gaia is creating :O! It's getting exciting whee Woo, must regain Gino's memory.

	I love the no-item event! It's fun! Caroling was fun too, just hanging out and talking between carols. Loved the Gambino story, even though I had accidently seen the ending through the glitch. Good Job, all of you! PS: Thanks for clearing up who does the art, even if you didn't mean to address that point. People have been asking that a lot lately sweatdrop

	Thank you Ling for all the events that have been going on. It's really sad that you guys had to keep your eyes on gaia these past few days so much, maybe in the near future you can hire a bigger staff who can do all that for you. Oh what money can do whee

	These events rock! I'm curious to know which admin came up with the idea of the kissing event ^^. And I think I speak for everyone when I say thanks for giving up most of your Christmas day to organise and put up these events. You lots really are amazing! 	Yes, great events. Though, the Chatterbox went to hell with the kissing thing. Still fun. xp I'm glad that all of the admins could still enjoy Christmas.

	I loved the story, it was entertaining, and interactive! I loved being able to see gambino on the map, based on the recent released strip. Good job, and thanks to all that helped, I'm glad you guys were able to go out to the movies, I was worried, you got stuck at the computer the entire day, dealing with us. sweatdrop Happy holidays, and thank you!

	Most of my friends, when asked, were thrilled with the whole Christmas Shebang. So was I. It's cool seeing updates of the lives of the NPCs, so many of us have grown to love them. xd I can't wait for more, but yeah, you should give your drawing hand a vacation. mrgreen

	Happy belated holidays, Ling! 4laugh I agree with everyone saying that the kissing event is a nice change of pace. It just feels cheerful to catch someone under the mistletoe, or be caught yourself, without itemlust in the way. 4laugh Massive kudos on the Gambino story, too. I never thought I'd find myself actually liking Gambino! whee All the events were wonderful, thank you all so much. 3nodding And it's good to hear that you all had a fun Christmas yourselves! ...Oh, and it was a nice thing that Gambino was accepting trades. heart I bet he got a lot of presents. 	Just wanted to say, as others have, that I really enjoyed all the work you and the gang did on this event, superb work. The other day I was thinking to myself about You, L0cke,VO, and Lanzer... and I know this sounds cheesy and all but, you four(and all the other Gaia staff) give so much when you have little to no incentive, you spend hour and hours working on Gaia for no other purpose then to make others happy. Now I say this with a tear developing in my right eye and can't help but look up to you all in some small way you are an inspiration to us all to give to others. I mean sure you gang all have your little cult followers but besides them I see so much anger from users about such meaningless things, but you gang always seem to take it with a grain of salt, shrug it off and keep on giving all you have. It's good to know people are out there like that. P.S. Happy Holidays and all the best of luck to you and yours in the upcoming new year. side note: By the way how was the movie? I personally suggest seeing The Life Aquatic

	Lyke FOMG, you saw House of Flying Daggers. I really liked the scene where Mei plays the Echo game, and the fight in the bamboo forest. Too bad the ending was so sad. Yes, Takeshi, that fine, fine half-Japanese bundle of yummayness. heart Anyways, I hope you had a very Merry Christmas.

	<center> I've never been particularly fond of most current day movies....I mostly just lay on my couch with an old Akira Kurosawa film like Ran, Seven Samurai, Throne of Blood, Yojimbo...or something to that effect....(plus anime 3nodding ) But I like seeing movies like h.o.f.d because they seem pretty meaningful. Someone once told me that pretty actions and surroundings don't make for a good movie...but I think that if a movie like that can make you take a step back from what's actually happening, and make you want to take in how beautiful the things you're seeing are, then no matter how the movie ranks, it would be able to capture an image that few others can attain. hehe, then again....I've always set presentation and artform parallel to the substance. I kinda wish that they included a special old-school english audio track on some of the remakes they're putting out on DVD though. Iron Monkey wasn't the same after they changed the "Wonder Palm"...to...whatever they called it. Sure, it was less cheesy, but I like cheese. (same goes for Akira).
