Not really! In the last year or two, leg mods have frequently gotten labeled A-H (or A-G, depending). It's really just a placeholder for number since there are 7-8 colors. I think it's for convenience's sake on the artists' part, honestly. Easier than constantly having to re-do the names for specific colors.

Like, with fantasy mods... H and/or G are usually white (true white) or oniki. Likewise, A is grombie, B is vampire, C is dark elf, D is dark elf blue, E is dark elf purple or alruna, and F is cicero. Then when you get to usermade recolors of skintone items... H and G can be anything. Alruna, Lawful Master, Zombae, etc. But with regular human tones (the original A-F), G and H are usually ivory and offblack.

So, tldr: nope! Ivory is ivory, not H. Sometimes, with older items, ivory might also be called offwhite. But mostly ivory is ivory.

i found two sets of ears . But was looking through the items i have to see if the mods on those have " ivory " or " H " skin tones. And in trying some out , i wasn't sure if they matched or not..... sweatdrop

Ivory can cover a bit of a range so some ivory mods might match better depending which skin is used. While it hasn't been updated in a while zahhax's ivory guide has some ear items listed, letsee some newer ivory earmods than that guide has:
